Overview
All materials offered by TrueLot Research are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are sold exclusively for lawful analytical, in-vitro, and nonclinical bench research, chemical analysis, physical testing, or identification. They are not sold for personal, household, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, veterinary, food, dietary-supplement, cosmetic, or other consumptive use.
Accessing the catalog does not authorize an order or change the stated use restriction. Creating an account or submitting an order constitutes the purchaser representations described in this policy and in the Terms and Conditions.
No human or veterinary use
TrueLot materials may not be used, supplied, prepared, marketed, or transferred for any human or animal application. Without limiting that rule, they are not offered as approved drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, diagnostic products, compounded preparations, or veterinary products.
- No human consumption, dosing, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or administration by any route.
- No veterinary, livestock, companion-animal, or other animal administration or use.
- No clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive, wellness, bodybuilding, weight-management, or self-experimentation purpose.
- No compounding, preparation, repackaging, relabeling, or manufacturing for a human or animal application.
Purchaser representations and responsibilities
By creating a research account, accepting this policy, or ordering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
- Your account, organization, research-field, payment, and delivery information is truthful, current, and complete.
- You are regularly and lawfully engaged in nonclinical laboratory research, chemical analysis, or physical testing and are authorized to acquire the materials ordered.
- You are acquiring the materials solely for lawful analytical, in-vitro, or nonclinical bench research, chemical analysis, physical testing, or identification and not for a prohibited use.
- You possess or control an appropriate research setting, equipment, knowledge, procedures, and supervision for the materials ordered.
- You will comply with applicable laws, institutional rules, procurement requirements, safety practices, and disposal obligations.
- You will prevent access by children, patients, consumers, unauthorized persons, and animals.
No medical claims or guidance
Website content, product listings, research references, COAs, support communications, and educational material provide technical or research context only. They are not medical or veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, health guidance, prescribing information, clinical instructions, or a representation of safety or efficacy for any human or animal use.
TrueLot does not provide dosing, cycling, preparation, reconstitution, administration, combination, patient-selection, adverse-event, or treatment guidance. No material is represented as able to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease in a person or animal.
Laboratory handling, storage, and disposal
Research materials may present hazards if mishandled. The purchaser assumes responsibility for evaluating hazards and establishing appropriate controls for receipt, inspection, access, storage, handling, use, transport, incident response, and disposal.
- Use trained personnel, suitable facilities, appropriate personal protective equipment, and documented laboratory procedures.
- Review the product label, matching lot record, available analytical report, and any supplier or laboratory documentation before handling.
- Secure materials against loss, diversion, contamination, misuse, and access by unauthorized persons or animals.
- Follow applicable environmental, occupational, hazardous-material, transport, and waste-disposal requirements.
Prohibited uses and conduct
You may not use the website, account, documentation, or materials to facilitate or conceal a prohibited purpose.
- Purchasing, transferring, reselling, promoting, or supplying material for human or veterinary administration or consumption.
- Relabeling or representing material as a drug, medicine, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, clinical product, or veterinary product.
- Requesting or using TrueLot content as dosing, treatment, preparation, administration, or patient guidance.
- Misrepresenting identity, age, organization, research field, intended use, qualifications, destination, or other account or order information.
- Using, acquiring, transferring, or disposing of material in violation of federal, state, local, institutional, or other applicable requirements.
Order and account controls
Research Account ordering access activates after every required application field and certification passes automated validation. TrueLot may later request clarification, restrict, suspend, or revoke access when reasonably necessary for compliance, safety, fraud prevention, payment risk, inventory control, suspected diversion, prohibited-use concerns, false or incomplete information, or a material breach. If TrueLot cancels a paid order or item before shipment, collected amounts for the canceled portion will be refunded, subject to applicable law and provider processing times.
Acceptance and continuing compliance
By entering the site after the visitor notice, creating an account, checking the RUO acknowledgment, or submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the research-use restriction applicable at that stage. Ordering requires the express account and checkout acknowledgments recorded with their version and timestamp.
Failure to comply may result in an order being declined or canceled by TrueLot, quantity limits, account restriction or termination, preservation or disclosure of records where authorized or required, and other lawful action. Provisions intended to protect the research-use boundary continue to apply after an order or account ends.
Research-use questions
Questions about account eligibility, product documentation, exact-lot records, or this policy may be sent to support@truelotresearch.com. Do not send medical questions, personal treatment details, dosing requests, or patient information.
